The core R&D personnel of the team come from well-known electroacoustic enterprises in Shandong, such as Gongda, Xingang, and Goertek. The product leader has nearly 20 years of experience in the research and development of electroacoustic products such as microphones and speakers. The company is headquartered in the north of Science and Technology Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and its product center is located in Qilu Chuangzhi Park, Kuiwen District, Weifang, Shandong.

The silicon microphone products of LinkMems Acoustics mainly focus on the R&D, production and sales of noise reduction series products. Since its establishment, it has developed and mass-produced more than 20 types of noise reduction silicon microphones including digital noise reduction silicon microphones. The products are widely used in ANC Noise-cancelling headphones, ENC noise-cancelling headphones, headphones, TV remote controls, smart helmets, cameras, smart watches, lapel microphones, recording pens, smart speakers and other products.
